Weightlifting Work-Outs

18 hours fitness studio is well established with modern equipment and spread over an area of 3,000 sqfts in the strategic location of Nacharam and Habsiguda. Weightlifting work outs are specialty; our trainers were champions in weightlifting competition held at Telangana state level. They have more than a decade of experience in weight lifting. Gym is equipped with all modern amenities.

Aerobics/ Pilates

Aerobics is a kind of physical fitness exercise that is formed with rhythmic exercise, stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness such as flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio fitness. It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor (certified and experienced fitness professional), although it can be done solo also. Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. 18 Hours fitness studio has well expertise trainers in Zumba. Wushu is a traditional Chinese martial art developed after 1949. Wushu is “Wu= Millitary or martial and Shu= art”. It is a full contact sport derived from Chinese martial art. Wushu came in India by the sincere efforts made by the late Sri Anand Kacker.
